What Makes Us Different?

EVERYTHING!! From our training methodology to our Daycare! We are unlike any other facility you've seen before!

Our Training Programs are broken down into 3 phases:

Phase 1 - Learning. We use clickers and food/toy to motivate your dog into the behaviors we desire, allowing your dog to set the pace. Our MAIN GOAL during this phase is to have fun and build confidence!

Phase 2 - Reinforcement. This is when we start to layer in tools to reinforce what your dog has learned, taking the time to appropriately condition your dog to the tools.

Phase 3 - Proofing. This is our heavy distraction and field trip phase to help proof the training.

We train Monday through Friday, and every weekend your dog goes home with you! Every Friday you will have a one-on-one session with a trainer, along with homework for the weekend. We continue this schedule until the completion of training. You will then have follow-up sessions with a trainer to make sure you all stay on track, and we offer lifetime support!

Our Daycare is also very unique! Our staff is highly trained in canine behavior, cues and signals to stop anything before it happens, and we specialize in large group socialization. We take just about any dog, with any issues, support them and help them adjust safely to a Daycare environment. You may even see dogs enjoying our daycare in muzzle and that's OK! And YES, we take INTACT dogs!

Meet The Staff

Our Owner/Head Trainer
Annie Dollinger

Annie is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer and Canine Behaviorist. She has more than 25 years experience as a professional dog trainer and has also spent 15 years in law enforcement as a Police Officer.

She has been working with and training dogs in some capacity for most of her life. As a youth, she trained and competed in agility, flyball and obedience., which fueled her passion for working with dogs. In 1996, she attended National K9 School for Dog Trainers, graduating from their master trainer course, and she continues to attend seminars and various training courses throughout the country, working with some of the leading professionals in the industry, to constantly learn, evolve and add to her knowledge of dogs. She is also certified in Pet First Aid and CPR.

Becca
Lead Kennel Tech

Becca is our Lead Kennel Tech and Daycare Coach. She is also the lover of all dogs and the queen of boo-boo finding, so rest assured your pups are in good hands with Bec! Becca has been extensively trained in canine behavior and is amazing at catching cues and signals before anything starts! She is also my niece!

Carson
Lead Trainer

Carson is our Lead Trainer and Daycare Coach. Carson is a second-generation Dog Trainer and also my baby boy! Carson grew up in the industry, he is very dog savvy and is well on his way to becoming a dog expert! He's very good at reading a dog, and his baby talk is unmatched! With his calm demeanor, at 6'4", he's an awesome addition to help those fearful pups!

Nancy
Office Manager

Nancy is our office manager. She is retired Military and runs a tight ship! She keeps everything on schedule and running smoothly! Her and her sidekick Gordy, will happily greet you when you visit! She is also my big sister, and we appreciate the help she gives us!

Isabel
Assistant Trainer

Isabel is our Assistant Trainer and is coming along nicely! Isabel grew up in the dog industry, as her parents breed Golden Retrievers. She also trains and shows horses. She is becoming very astute in canine behavior, and her soft manner and training style is impressive! We're excited to have her and watch her grow!

OUR FACILITY

We have 4000sf of space for your pups to stay and play! We are temperature controlled to keep your dogs comfortable while they are here with us. The building is equipped with 10 cameras with 24/7 alerts, we are alarmed on all windows and doors, and we have full house fire-suppression system to ensure your pup is safe with us!
